Prayer
ONE FAMILY IN CHRIST
Why We Pray
Prayer is a vital function for any believer in Jesus Christ. It is central to who we are and what we do at Littleton Baptist Church. We encourage our members to spend time every day, privately reading Scripture and praying. It is the regular practice of all the leaders of LBC. We also schedule time before our Adult Bible Fellowship hour on Sundays at 9:15am for our ladies to gather to pray. Our elders and deacons also gather at that time to pray. Additionally, we spend time every week on Wednesday night praying and once every month our Sunday afternoon service is dedicated to prayer. We know prayer changes how we view God’s work and we know prayer changes lives. Prayer is essential for God’s work in the lives of God’s people.
